Deduction issues and solutions (for reference only)

(1) Textiles to the United States cannot exceed 10KG, otherwise customs clearance may be delayed or deducted in the United States. If you need a normal transfer, please contact the recipient and inform them to assist in customs clearance, or think of another method.

(2) Express mail to Japan has been applied to SGWH in Hong Kong. If there is no company name, only the person's name can be transferred normally.

(3) For shoes from Italy and South Africa, please punch holes in the soles for customs clearance. Local customs in Italy and South Africa will not accept imported shoes.

(4) Express mail to the United States, Australia, and New Zealand will not accept POBOX. Please provide the recipient's detailed address. This is also issued by the local government agency and will be strictly checked when the local customs clears.

(5) Glasses to the United States need to provide proof of dripping beads for local customs clearance.

(6) The lighter needs to provide a certificate of airlessness, and the wooden packaged goods need to provide a certificate of fumigation.

(7) When the weight of the goods is relatively large, please attach a commercial invoice or proforma invoice with the contents of the invoice: the sender's information, the Chinese and English name of the goods, the quantity of the goods, the unit price and the total price.

(8) For parcels sent to Russia, as the Russian customs require all parcels to be imported, the recipient must go to customs to clear them in person. Therefore, parcels arriving in Russia are only accepted in Moscow and St. Petersburg, but the documents are not affected.
